We hereby inform you that the data you provide to the operator of this site when filling in the ‘contact form’ (also known as the mail form) of the site itself, will be processed in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, Personal Data Protection Code.

The contact form made available on the site has the sole purpose of enabling visitors to the site to contact the site operator, should they so wish, by sending an e-mail to the operator via the aforementioned form.

This notice concerns personal data sent by the visitor when filling in the contact form.

We inform you of the fact that the data you voluntarily provide via the form will be converted into an email that may be stored within the email reception system used by the site owner.

This data will not be recorded on other media or devices, nor will other data resulting from your navigation on the site be recorded.

b. The processing of the personal data provided is carried out by means of the operations or set of operations indicated in Art. 4 para. 1 lett. a) Legislative Decree. 196/2003.

c. The processing is carried out directly by the owner’s organisation.

3. NATURE OF CONFERMENT AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL

There is no obligation to provide the operator of this site with the personal data requested in the contact form.

The provision of data via the contact form is optional.

However, a refusal to provide it for the purposes set out in Art. 1 will make it impossible to contact the website operator via the contact form made available on the site.

4. DATA CONTROLLER

Personal data collected via the contact form will be sent by email to the operator of this website, who will be the data controller.

5. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The persons to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of such data, and to be informed of their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request that they be updated, supplemented or corrected (Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03).

Pursuant to the same article, the user has the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law and, in any case, to object to their processing for legitimate reasons.

6. DURATION OF TREATMENT

Processing will last no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected.
